Refund Policy
PR Flow offers a full refund within 14 days of a one-time purchase. Contact us with the purchase email or order reference so we can locate the order.
Initial purchases
A full refund suspends the associated Keygen license. Team seat quantity is part of one order, so reducing or partially refunding selected seats is not automatic and requires support review.
Update renewals
A full renewal refund removes that renewal from the update-entitlement calculation. Your perpetual license continues to work; only access to builds outside the recalculated update window changes.
Receipts
Polar processes payments and issues invoices and receipts. PR Flow uses Keygen for licenses and Resend for delivery email.
