Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the PR Flow application, website, and related services ("Software"), provided by Arpad Kozma ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you.

If you are using the free trial, this license is granted for 14 days from activation. If you purchase a commercial license, the license is granted subject to the payment of applicable fees.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of PR Flow or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any intellectual property rights therein, remain the exclusive property of Arpad Kozma.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Your code and diffs never pass through PR Flow's servers. When you enable AI, PR content is sent directly from your machine to the provider you configured; choose a local provider to keep it on-device. For more details on how we handle the minimal data we do collect (like email addresses for billing), please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Licenses and update renewals are one-time purchases processed by Polar. Polar issues invoices and receipts; PR Flow, Keygen, and Resend handle order fulfillment, licensing, and delivery. The current 14-day full-refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.
