Asking Rovo

If your site has Rovo, the Impediment Ledger agent appears among the Rovo agents. Ask it, in any language, for example:

• "What is blocking us right now in ENG?" – the open blockers, oldest first, with reason, age, owner, expected date and whether it is overdue.
• "Which reasons cost us the most blocked time in the last 30 days?" – reasons by blocked time (1 to 90 days, 30 by default), with example issues.
• "Which blockers are missing a reason?" – blockers to complete.

Name the project by its key, unless you ask from a project page. The agent sees exactly what you see: only tracked projects and issues you can browse, the same numbers as the app page. It never reads notes. Lists are capped at 20 blockers and 10 reasons; the agent says so and the app page has the rest. For a long period or a large project the reasons summary may cover only part of the period (the agent tells you); the Reports page then has the exact figures. With an inactive licence the agent cannot read the ledger.
